Counselor
Meetings
Counselor meetings are usually held the second Thursday of each month.
Typically starting at 7:00 PM, the meetings are hosted by one of the
member churches. (Board meetings start at 7:30 PM.) For the full activity calendar, click here.
The host church is responsible for:
- opening devotions
- refreshments
- American and Christian flags to be placed
in appropriate place at the head table
- setting up chairs facing the head table
